When my printer isn't talking to my computer and I go online to get help, I don't want to be bombarded with buzzwords that make me think I have entered a foreign language site. Terms like enterprise, VPN...VP WHAT?!? I'm not looking for a "flux capacitor" for my Delorean Time Machine; I just want my office's computers and printers to work.

Do You Need Your Hand Held? I have had no problem with Headway support. They have went as far as going into my actual site and helping me with an issue. However, there are some complaints on the Support Forum. I think the ultimate Headway user would be a self starter that wasn't afraid of Googling an issue or checking the support forums to implement certain fixes. The forum is full of frustrated people asking questions that have already been answered. Yes Headway is new technology so their are hiccups. If you need your hand held and walked through everything, Headway might not be for you.



I learned this from Lisa Sasevich who taught me so much about selling authentically. Selling is scary - it forces you to really step out of your comfort zone. The fact is that when you're out there and people are learning from you and enjoying you, some are going to want more of you - be Managed I.T support uttah or products you have to offer. You can "sell" more effortlessly when you make it easy for them to see and take the next step.

It's important to celebrate each victory, each sale, every follow-up you didn't want to do (but did it anyway) and most of all, every time you stepped out of your comfort zone. I have been following a mentor who had huge numbers attached to her programs and mine were much less. Initially I felt I'd failed Managed I.T support uttah and I found myself looking at the situation very negatively. When in fact I had generated more business in that month than previous month, and had served more people. My lesson was to celebrate my own victories both big and small. Too many times we look outside ourselves to what others are doing and if we don't live up then we feel "less" than. Who's served by that?

It is normally your responsibility to make sure the constant maintenance of your IT facilities. But if you have quality service provider, they will be the one that should remind you about your network and server maintenance.

Some IT companies will offer some sort of guarantee for their services. Maybe something like "if we can't reduce your IT costs by twenty percent, we'll give you a free audit." Companies that offer guarantees reveal something positive about their character. They stand behind their work, which means they take pride in pleasing you-the customer.
